For Shipping Methods:
Standard shipping and Express shipping are optional as you choose, but please be reminded that the order less than $120 will be charged $20 per order if you choose Express Shipping, the order more than $120 will be free of charge for shipping cost.
Not all the orders can be tracked during whole transportation if you choose Standard Shipping.
For Shipping address:
To make sure the courier will deliver the parcel to your right place on timely basis, please do remember to double check the shipping address when you place your orders, and better to fill your telephone number so that the courier can contact you when delivery, which will enable us to contact you if some emergencies accurs during delivery, your personal data will be keep highly sceret and confidential under our obiligation.
For Shipping time and cost
i) Once you place the order, we will confirm and arrange the staff to login the website of shipping company for applying the shipment, the tracking number will be share with you within 2-4 hours, which you can find in your dashboard.
ii) The handling time of our warehouse may take 1-2 days, once the order is confirmed and finalized by our warehouse, you can track the status of your order through our designated website after 2-3 working days, you will receive a notifying message once your order has been shipped.
For late delivery:
i) Generally, your order can be delivered within the estimated time as we promised, however, the actual time of delivery may be impacted by weather conditions, public holiday or other unpredicted factors. If the delivery is delayed, please do remember to contact our Customer Service Center for the reasons, your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated if those situations really happened.
ii) If the tracking information shows that your parcels have been delivered but you did not receive the parcel, please contact our Customer Service Center immediatley so that we can contact the shipping company for the reasons.
