WE SUPPORT RETURN AND REFUND FOR 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

We believe that you will be happy with the items which you purchase from Yuobuy as we have always been dedicating ourselves to ensure that all the items are designed and made to the satisfaction of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected when it is delivered. Therefore, we provide the chance for returning the same within 14 days after delivery and you are eligible to a refund by following the procedure specified in this Return and Refund Policy.

1. What is the return procedure for a return?
Return can only be made within 14 days of the date you've received the item. To request a return, you are required to contact us so that we can facilitate the return. 
Please note: Only items in like-new condition can be returned, with no missing parts. We do not accept any returns with stains, scratches, damages, drilling, or any other modifications made to the items. 

2. Do I need to pay shipping cost if I choose to return?
Return shipping is free on for EVERY order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
However, there will be a rate charged for the return of the items after 14 days of delivery, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Can all the items be returned on Yuobuy?
Generally Speaking, almost all items you bought on Yuobuy are eligible for return and refund if they are not the one you are satisfied with, with the following exception:
The T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed.

4. Time for Refunds
You are eligible for the refund of the items when you choose to return no matter within or after 14 days of delivery (please be noted that the return after 14 days shall be charged for shipping cost as mentioned above).
Refund will be initiated within 7 days after all acceptable returned items have been sent back to our warehouse. 
When you apply for a return after 14 days of delivery, you may have the right to get a partial refund (generally half price of the item) without physically returning the item(s). If you choose to partial refund, half price of the item will be refunded to you once you choose this option.
